60s psychedelia meets 19th c. Spiritualism in New Age Now, the Second Annual Fundraiser for The Green Lantern Press. A curated menu was provided by artists. Midnight Kitchen Projects contributed STRATA LASAGNE: fresh basil pappardelle with roasted cherry tomato, buffalo mozzarella, oregano, and pepper oil on a skewer: a deconstructed lasagna, an ode to traveling the spaceways.

For this 6-course tasting event, we shared our latest food concepts, featuring ingredients from Side Door Goods. The A MUSE menu included breads baked using the Fourneau Bread Oven. This special pop-up event was hosted by Gray’s Department Store, a Show & Shop of the League of Women Designers.
